Returns
All items can be returned and issued with a refund minus the cost of shipping, providing they arrive at our address within 14 days of receiving the goods, tags remain attached, and their condition is unchanged. Please contact us if you are returning a product so that we process the exchange seamlessly.

We think this adds to their unique authenticity, but if an item has any bigger flaws these will be pictured above.

The scheme is simple...
- Up to 6 months after purchase you can return your order for a 70% gift card refund.
- To obtain the max 70% refund, all items must return in the same condition they were sent out in.
- Items returned in a different condition will receive a smaller refund and this amount will be decided by our team.
- Customers must return their items with the invoice or with the order number, so that we can identify the package.
- Gift cards will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the return.
- You will be kept updated throughout the process.
